The Twinky Potty is carefully packaged and delivered to your home as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace email.

Free shipping on orders over €30.00. Ordered before 7:00 PM on weekdays? Delivered the next business day. Safely and securely packaged for damage-free delivery.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 14 days to return your purchase, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

When returning a potty, we ask you to include a short video clearly showing that the product is completely unused. This should include clear views of the inside and outside, including the removable inner part. We do this to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers. Return requests without a video unfortunately cannot be processed.

Register your return easily via info@twinkystore.nl and attach the video directly to your message. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
